Guests shall return all keys, and/or garage door openers at departure and will be liable to replace any such item at a charge of $50 for each lost item. Rental Policy: contract signing a $750 Deposit/Security and a $250.00 cleaning fee is due; full amount due 60 days prior to rental period. Landlord pays: All taxes, amenity fees, water, trash, lawn & pest service. Electric (Up to 100/month), Internet/wi-fi and basic cable TV are included. No refunds if cancellation occurs within 90 days of occupancy unless landlord is able to re-rent the unit for same price and time. The $250 Cleaning Fee is (non-refundable) additional $150 cleaning Fee if approved for a dog (non-refundable) and a $50 (optional, but highly recommended) fee for 2 temporary resident ID's which can be purchased. The 2 temporary Resident IDs will give you FULL resident status which includes entrance to all recreation centers and pools, discounted green fees on executive golf courses, discounted fees at championship courses, and discounts at movie theaters, etc. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is 11am the last day of rental. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
