We are located between Lake Sumter and Brownwood, just above 466A. Our house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Since our home is on a cul-de-sac, our backyard has a beautiful outdoor living space. We have a Florida room, screened in porch and a patio.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk in closet, and a flat screen TV. The master bath has two sinks and a walk in shower. Both guest rooms have queen size beds and flat screen TV's. The guest bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. The living room has a flat screen TV. The dining area is set up for 4 (there is a leaf and extra chairs), the kitchen nook has seating for 4. There is also seating at the counter for 3 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, pots/pans, utensils, toaster and Keurig. The laundry room is inside the house. Our Florida room is climate controlled, we also have a screened in porch and an outdoor patio. Our backyard has a little more space since we are in a cul-de-sac. The garage can fit 2 cars and the golf cart (which is included in the rental price).

No smoking, no vaping and no pets (sorry, other renters may be allergic). Utilities, cable TV, internet, trash, lawn service and pest control are included.

Rental Policy: Rates are based on a 2 person occupancy.

If tenant withdrawals from the lease, the security and the reservation deposit will be forfeited unless we are able to rent again at the same rate and time period of the lease. Consider purchasing a trip cancellation policy in the event you encounter unforeseen problems. After a favorable home inspection, return of keys, garage door opener and gate pass, the security deposit will be returned. $200 Cleaning Fee (will be deducted from Security Deposit to be refunded). The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods as set for by The Villages.

Rental Rates
