Kitchen Aid refrigerator with water/ice dispenser and built in wine rack, double sink with a garbage disposal, dishwasher, washer & dryer, pots/pans, dishes, silverware, toaster oven, gadgets. There are games, books and cards. The house is on a quiet dead end street with a privacy wall in the backyard. The car garage houses the 4 seater golf cart. The cart garage houses 2 bikes, 2 sets of cardio drumming equipment, bike helmets and other assorted exercise equipment.

Rental Policy:$1500. security deposit (refunded within 2 wks of departure).$225. cleaning fee 7% occupancy tax. Rental deposit of 50% is due with lease. The balance is due 90 days before arrival.Payments accepted by Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, cash, cashiers check or wired funds. Personal checks accepted when booking 45 days or more out. Check in after 4 p.m. check out by 10 a.m. Your well mannered dog is invited. I provide slipcovers for living room furniture. The house is 1/2 mile from the Rubert Canine Park. No Smoking in house or golf cart. To respect neighbors, no parties or loud music please. Trip cancellation insurance is always a good idea when traveling, some offer cancel for any reason coverage. There is a 5 night minimum stay unless otherwise noted. Amazon Dot (Alexa), wall mounted smart TV 4k in the living room, smart TV in master bedroom and guest room. Also included are pool noodles/towels, hula hoops, 4 pickle ball rackets, tennis rackets and a well used set of ladies, mens and child's golf clubs.
Pet fee $300 deposit per stay. Dogs must have no history of aggressive behavior, be up to date on shots and flea/tic treatments. Most not be excluded as a dangerous breed on your home insurance. Cleaning fee $225.

2 adult bikes and a 4 seater gas Yamaha cart are available for your use, located in the car garage. The cart garage is full of toys for The Villages!

The house is so beautiful, clean and comfortable and has all that you will need for your stay. From Internet, to Amazon Alexa, to providing trash bags and dishwasher detergent, and pool towels, Lin has taken care of every detail to make your stay enjoyable! We took advantage of the board games that were provided as well! This house is close to a Publix & the family and adult pool. A close drive to Brownwood Paddock Square where there are restaurants , shopping, and nightly entertainment. This has been the BEST home we have rented." Dan
