This property does not have any carpet. It has nice new vinyl plank flooring throughout.

Living Room is comfortably furnished with leather reclining couch and leather recliner chair, side chair, flat screen TV (WIFI and Streaming Service provided) and side tables. Dining Room has a new table with 4 very comfortable chairs and nearby counter top area with 3 additional bar stools. This area leads out to the Lanai area which has a very nice patio furniture. Excellent area for morning coffee or evening wind down. Kitchen fully equipped with white appliances, pots, pans, bake ware, Pyrex, toaster, utensils, blender, mixer, coffee maker and other smaller appliances.

Master Bedroom features King Size bed, TV (WIFI and Streaming Service, long term will pay for this service), private bathroom with double sink vanity, walk in shower and large walk in closet. Guest Bedroom one also features Queen Sized bed, bedside tables, dresser, and reach in closet. Office has a desk with a chair and a couch for lounging. This can also be converted to a third bedroom if needed with either a King/Queen bed or two twin beds. There is a full bathroom with tub and shower between both bedrooms. Plenty of towels provided, as well as an initial supply of items such as dish washing liquid, soap, tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies are provided to make it easy for you to settle in and make yourselves comfortable. Utilities, Streaming TV, High Speed Internet, WIFI, trash, lawn service, are included. There is also Washer and Dryer (inside the Cottage), Iron and ironing board provided.

Rental Policy: A signed agreement along with 50% of the total rent is required for a reservation deposit. Payment of this amount in the form of a check, cashier's check or money order within 7 days of booking/intent to book reserves your dates. The final payment (remaining rent balance and a $1,000 security deposit) is due 60 days prior to occupancy date in same payment form as the reservation deposit. All rent and deposits are non-refundable unless other renters can be contracted for same rental period at the same rate.

The $1,000 security deposit, less a $250 cleaning fee, will be returned within 14 days of departure if an inspection of the property reveals no damage or loss of property.
Rental prices based on 2 adult occupants (Occasional visitors are welcome but extended stay visitors - beyond three days - will be charged $100 per person/per month). There is a 9% Florida tax that will be added to the rentals less than 6 months.

Check-in: 3pm - Check-out: 10am

NO PETS and NO SMOKING in the Cottage or Lanai.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
