The Village
Winifred is the second closest neighborhood to Lake Sumter landing - Nestled between the Palmer Legend Country club (27 hole Championship golf course with great dining options) and Laurel Manor Regional Recreational Center - a plethora of indoor and outdoor activities. 2 Tennis courts, 4 Pickleball courts, 4 shuffleboard courts, Bocce ball, Olympic size pool - hosting daily aqua classes, tri-weekly water Aerobics, water volleyball games and combo swim meet.

Easy access to Brownwood (7 minutes), Spanish Springs (10 minutes) as well as short drive to CR466 (2 minutes) and CR466A (13 minutes). Everything you need, want or desire to do is within easy reach.

The Environment:
The master bedroom suite has a four poster king bed with a large walk in closet big screen TV on the wall facing the bed.
The master bath has a sink, a toilet as well as a walk in shower.
The suite is separated from the other rooms for privacy with a short path to the kitchen and living room.

The second bedroom and second bathroom are custom configured for another adult couple to share the home or privacy for visiting guests.

There is a small nook configured as an office with a Windows computer, laser printer and the WIFI hub. The nook has an LCD TV directly connected to the WIFI router for faster streaming of movies and special programing as wel as a DVD player with hundreds of DVD movies in the drawers.

The living room has comfortable seating for 6 adults enjoying hours of entertainment once you connect your favorite streaming service (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime,) to the a70 inch smart TV on the wall,

The dining room has an open, airy feel which is wonderfully framed between a wraparound courtyard.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and silverware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster oven, microwave, and coffee maker. We will also start you out with some initial paper products so you dont need to run to the store as soon as you get here.

All floor surfaces have recently been replaced with waterproof wood flooring throughout including, closets, bedrooms, batheroom, livingroom, dining room, and kitchen allowing for easy maintance and cleaning even when pets are involved.

Fun and Recreation
With the Villages Resident Passes (nominal charge) you can play any of the 36 Villages executive courses for free. There are also twelve championship courses for a modest fee. If golf isnt your thing, there is pickle ball, tennis, billiards, shuffleboard, swimming, bocce ball, horseshoes and over 3,000 other clubs and activities to try for the first time or participate in your favorite activity.

Rents start at $1500 / month during the low season - vary based on time of year and length of stay. RENT INCLUDES TAXES, UTILITIES and WIFI. A refundable security deposit is due upon signing the lease (to secure the desired dates). A refundable pet deposit is due (if applicable) to make sure the home is left clean.
