$175 Cleaning Fee $50 (optional) Temporary Resident ID Card. To allow for cleaning, please check-in at 4:00 pm first day of rental/check-out at 10:00 am last day of rental.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
