Non-carpeted flooring throughout the home with area rugs in the living room and both bedrooms.

Golf cart is a Yamaha gas cart. It is street-legal with lights, turn signals, and mirrors. Golf cart has roadside assistance available. The golf cart has a rear facing seat for two extra passengers, and a place to secure two sets of golf clubs. Please inquire at time of booking.

Rental Policy:
$600 Security deposit due upon booking January/February/March. 50% of the rental fees due upon booking.
Balance of the rental fees due 30 days prior to check-in.

Pet Policy: One small dog allowed for an additional $100 total per rental period.
$160 Cleaning Fee.

Renter will pay $50 directly to the Villages for the amenities passes.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 years +. Visitors under 18 are allowed for one week per month.
