Grocery, clothing, restaurants, top name mall stores, lumber, hardware, a virtual U Name it of shopping available within 5-15 minutes. Theme parks located an hour away. The East and West coast beaches less than 1.5 hours away.

Three/Four month rentals are considered first.

All utilities, cable TV, trash, and local & long distance phone service (United States) are included. Rates based on up to two person occupancy.
Temporary residence cards (for 2) are available for a one-time fee of $50.00. Residence cards allow tenants privileges to The Villages amenities that an owner has.
Any additional guests must be approved by owner prior to visitation.

Rental Policy:
50% of Rent is due within 7 days of booking. Remaining 50%, security & cleaning fee due 45 days prior to check-in.
Security Deposit - $600
$50 Cleaning Fee.
Check in: on day of rental any time after cleaning is completed. Our cleaner has several properties to clean at month end. They provide an excellent service. We dont want to hurry the process and cause less than excellent service. Its never been past 5. Check out 11 am.

This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
