Living room, dining room and kitchen are open concept with high ceiling and recessed lights. There is a dining room table with comfortable chairs, and reclining leather sofa and chair. Entertainment center has a 55 in 4K Smart TV and DVD Player.
The modern kitchen has counter bar and has been fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cookware, Keurig coffee maker, french press, toaster, crock pot, blender, tea-kettle and many other kitchen appliances, tools and utensils. The cabinets have roll out drawers for easy access and above and below cabinet lighting. Stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice-maker.
The sliding door opens up to the lanai with patio table and high back swivel chairs.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
1 month rental minimum January - April, otherwise 2 week minimum. Also $175 Cleaning Fee and $500 security deposit plus state / county taxes of 7%.
Villages temporary resident ID fee $50 per household provides use of executive golf courses and sports pools. If not golfing or using sports pools, guest passes suffice and are provided free. They cover most of the rest of the activities and pools.
A Golf cart liability waiver must be signed at the same time as the lease contract

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.

Rental Rates
