All linens, towels, beach towels, hair blowers in both bathrooms, dishes, bake ware, glasses, toaster, coffee machine, blender, large size washer & dryer, iron and ironing board. Master bedroom has king size bed and walk-in closet and walk-in shower, queen size bed in 2nd bedroom and 2 twin beds in 3rd bedroom.Golf cart not included but can be rented by day, week or month. We recommend that you reserve a cart in advance.
A short drive to Moyer Loop you can find Resident swimming pools-- Pine Hills Pool, Pine Ridge Pool for those 30 and over, and Moyer Recreation pool considered a community pool (families with children) and golf courses. This Central Location is convenient to all 3 Town Squares, with dining, movie theaters, shopping and nightly entertainment!. Also nearby is Colony Shopping Plaza with banking, pharmacy, restaurants and retail.

The Villages is home to over 700 holes of golf plus facilities for almost every sport imaginable.

A $150 cleaning fee will be applied to all rentals

Would consider 6 month rental May through November. Discount would be applied.

Property taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, internet, lawn service are included.
Your temporary ID Card entitles you to all The Villages amenities with a $50 fee per couple.

Rental Policy:
$500 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking with a check, cashiers check or money order to reserve your dates.

Balance is due 90 days prior to check-in date. If final payment is not received by due date, the reservation is automatically cancelled and all monies paid are non-refundable.

****Cancellations 90 days prior to rental with no penalties! Deposits are not refundable after 90 days!

Guests shall return all keys, and/or garage door openers at departure and will be liable to replace any such item at a charge of $50 for each lost item!

NO FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED IN BEDROOMS!

Security deposit is refundable within 14 days of departure if an inspection of the property reveals no damage or loss of property.

Maximum occupancy is 5 adults.

Check in time is 3:00pm / Check out time 11:00am

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time period.
