A Large coffee table and two side tables compliment your living space. It features a 48" Flat Screen TV and Blu Ray DVD player. The sliding door opens to the comfortable lanai with a brand new 230 square foot bird cage that is perfect for entertaining and conversation with a glider and dining table and chairs. It's a perfect area for morning coffee or afternoon leisure time.

The Master Bedroom features a king sized bed, two night stands with lamps, flat screen TV, private bathroom with walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet. The sliding door opens to the screened lanai. There are ceiling fans in the bedroom as well as the lanai.

The Guest Bedroom features a queen sized bed, night stand with lamp, and ceiling fan. One of the best features of this model is that this bedroom and guest bathroom are separated from the living area by a sliding pocket door, creating a private suite.

The recently redone fully equipped kitchen has all cookware, bakeware, dishes and glassware. Small appliances for your use: 12 cup coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, blender, hand mixer, and much more. The dining table has seating for 6 with 3 bar stools at the counter. The kitchen has new quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances.

* An initial supply of items such as coffee, tea, dishwashing liquid, soap, tissues, toilet paper, napkins, paper towels, are provided to make it easy for you to settle in & make yourself comfortable.

Taxes, utilities, cable TV, internet, and yard maintenance are included.

This home is smoke and pet free for the comfort of our guests. Smoking is also not permitted in the birdcage.

Two (optional) Village Temporary Resident ID cards are included. The Resident ID Card entitles you to all the amenities of a full resident such as use of recreation centers, any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball, and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers. This Temporary Resident ID Card also entitles you to reduced rates at the movie theaters, and play on all of the executive golf courses (small golf cart fee) and the resident rate green fees on the championship courses.

Rental Policy:
- A signed agreement along with $500 is required for a reservation deposit. Payment of this amount in the form of a check, cashier's check or money order within 7 days of booking/intent to book reserves your dates. The final payment (remaining rent balance and a $750 security deposit) is due 45 days prior to occupancy date in same payment form as the reservation deposit.

- All rent and deposits are non-refundable unless other renters can be contracted for same rental period at the same rate.

-The $750 security deposit is refundable, less a $125 cleaning fee, and will be returned within 14 days of departure if an inspection of the property reveals no damage or loss of property.

-Check-in: 3:30pm / Check-out: 10:00am

Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods (one week per month).

- Rental prices based on 2 adult occupants (Occasional visitors are welcome but extended stay visitors - beyond one week - will be charged $100 per person/per month).


The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
