Our spacious home offers a varity of areas to enjoy, huge eat in kitchen with a dining table that seats 4, plenty of cabinet space with an extra long kitchen counter top, including a large pantry with pull out shelves, Stainless Steel appliances and Center Island that seats 4 with a double bowl kitchen Sink. There is also an extended corian counter top against the outside wall with a desk area which can be used as a work station with a wireless printer. We have a large formal dining room, directly to the left of the entrance with a large oval table with chairs for 4, but will accommodate 6. Our living room, located just off the kitchen and straight in from the entrance is furnished with leather 3 and 2 person sofas, recliners, wood tables and blankets and for those relaxing nights. There are large HDTVs in the living room area, back den and master bedroom. Cable, WIFI and internet service allow for direct cable watching and streaming on the TV's, all inclusive. We also offer an extra large Florida room with a leather couch, chair and ottoman, coffee and end tables, HDTV and bookcases. This area is perfect for sports TV, reading, listening to music, meditating or simply relaxing. New luxury vinyl flooring installed throughoutthe house, except the bathrooms are tile. The Lanai entrance is directly off the Florida room and fully furnished. There is also a gas grill available for your use. Our home is equipped with an abundance of architectural nuances throughout including solar tubes which illuminate the house during the day with night light illumination. Two bedrooms fully equipped with queen beds located on the opposite side of the home from the master bedroom. These bedrooms share the hall bathroom. The hall bath is equipped with a full size tub/shower, large vanity with a wall mirror and toilet. The Master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, Hers and His dressers, walk-in closet, HDTV, and a master bathroom with dual sinks, full size walk in ceramic tile shower with tiled seat and a toilet.
Included at no charge, we provide Hi-Speed Internet, Wifi, cable, utilities, trash collection, pest control and lawn service. Guest passes/ Visitor ID's and/or passes are available. We file, tenant responsibility to pick up and pay. We also offer a 2 seat golf cart for a fee of $200/ mo.
Rental Information: Lease Agreement, Rental Rules and Golf Cart Waiver. $900 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking. Rental rate as published. $200 Cleaning Fee. Florida sales and use taxes are included in rental rate.
The Villages prides itself as a family oriented secure active Senior Citizens Community. Younger visitors are also allowed to stay with renters for a limited duration. Family activities can be found at all recreational centers as well as nightly music at all Town Squares.
