The outside features a birdcage Lanai surrounded by a well manicured landscape with a breathtaking view of the golf course. The Kitchen is equipped with brand new major and minor appliances. To further expand your enjoyment, Lake Sumter Landing is a mere 10 minutes away by the provided golf cart.

Villa is cleaned and sanitized before your arrival.

There is a $50 fee for the Villages amenities ID which allows for the enjoyment of any of the amenities at the Villages, including free access to EXECUTIVE golf courses, reduced fees to championship courses, swimming, recreation centers, discounted movie tickets and more.

Disney World, Sea World, MGM and Universal Studios, NASA's Cape Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens, Silver Springs and beaches.

Utilities: electric, cable HD TV, high speed wireless internet, WiFi, lawn service, garbage and recycling pickup included. 9% Florida sales tax (that we must pay) is already included in the price of rental.

Check in time: 4 PM 1st day of rental. Check out time: 9 AM last day of rental.

50% of rental due at time of booking (non-refundable unless rented by another guest.)

Remaining 50% and $1000 security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival (non-refundable unless rented by another guest.)

Full security deposit (less $125 cleaning fee) will be refunded within 10 days of departure and after inspection of property reveals no damage to villa, belongings or golf cart.

PRICES ARE FOR 2 ADULTS ONLY. THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $150 A WEEK FOR ADDITIONAL GUESTS (couple) WHO STAY WITH YOU.
