A $1,500.00 security deposit is due within 14 days of booking. This guarantees your reservation and secures your rental. Total rental balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. The security deposit minus a $200.00 mandatory cleaning fee will be returned within 30 days of your departure providing there are no damages other than normal wear and tear.
Well behaved dog is possible (no cats) - There will be an additional $100 cleaning fee for a pet.
