This is a truly lovely home that is being offered as my home for you to enjoy. It is not an air-bnb or part of some other rental company. It is furnished to bring the outside in, w/ light, fresh air, privacy, & quiet. I was blessed to find just the right furniture for the home & lots of people helped to bring it for you to enjoy in comfort. My first morning at the house greeted me with sun reflecting a golden light off the large oaks just over the back wall. It was stunning & I was amazed. It gets nice sunshine during the day & shade in the afternoon. No street lights shining in bedroom at night. There is a nice little tea/breakfast table on lanai for you to enjoy & a pleasant rocker to sit in while you read your favorite book in the shade
Weekly rates of $1,550 for 2 Adults/week with payment in full. Hurry to secure your vacation time in a private village with lovely areas to walk to, so you can sit & watch the birds & wild life in our area. Four week minimum required during in-season months
Kitchen has new stainless steel appliances & is fully equipped w/ all utensils & room for two to work easily. Refrigerator w/ bottom freezer & ice maker, electric stove, dishwasher & fully stocked w/ all dishes/glass, silverware, etc
Lovely large dining area with sliding glass door for gentle breezes as desired. Open concept floor plan w/ outdoor screened rear lanai makes for easy living and privacy
Living room is set up for comfort & ease to view your favorite programs on 50" TV w/ Roku with no glare from windows. Tall palms bring the outside in. High speed internet provided. Completely private lanai & yard
Inside Laundry room: washer/dryer, & space for laundry supplies
The Master bedroom (with queen sized bed) has a slider to lanai, & bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in Roman shower, separate toilet area w/ bidet, walk-in closet
The 2nd bedroom is set up as an office w/ a queen sized futon sofa that can be pulled out as a bed for when you have short term guests. Its bathroom has single sink, toilet & tub. All sheets, towels, linens are stored on site
Rental/Lease Policy:
$1200 Reservation Deposit/Security Deposit due within 7 days of booking, paid after completion of Tenant Application which is reviewed, & accepted for a booking. Note: Reservation Deposit becomes Security Deposit upon Tenant(s) signing Lease, paying rent in full, 60 days prior to entry date, & accepting keys. If Reservation Deposit does not become Security Deposit, it is non-refundable unless another tenant is found for the same or greater amount for same time period. Note, this is a Reservation/Security Deposit, held in an escrow account, & not part of your rent. To expedite your Reservation process you will need to provide proof of who you are, references, and completion of the standard FL Tenant Rental Application.
Property is considered a private, single family residence, not a commercial rental property. Lease rates based on occupancy of 1-2 adults, with a max of 4 occupants in Villa overnight at any given time. Guest stays are for no longer than 4 days. Tenants are charged an additional, per person, daily rate for their guests equal to what the Tenant is paying per person, per day. Check-in by 4pm, & check-out by noon, on the first & last days of tenancy.
Cancellation Policy: We recommend purchasing a trip cancellation policy to protect against unforeseen problems as NO refunds are given for any portion of the unused lease.
$150.00 FINAL Cleaning Fee is deducted from Security Deposit & is refundable within 14 days after lease period ends, pending the final inspection of home & when all house keys, openers, gate passes & Village ID cards are returned.
No pets. No Children as tenants. No smoking or vaping allowed.
No golf cart is provided, due to the liability they incur. You may rent one on your own.

Temporary Village ID cards: available for tenants for lease period for $50/couple (I set up, & you pay The Villages) & entitles access to all villages Rec areas, facilities, pools, & discount golf at 30+golf courses
