$1000 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking
$50 Lifestyle ID (You pay directly to The Villages when you pick up your Temporary ID)
$175 Cleaning Fee (Our home is professionally cleaned and reset following every rental.)

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
