Just completed in December of 2017, this new home has a fully equipped, spacious kitchen that has everything you need to make your stay at The Villages complete dishes, silverware, pots/pans, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, utensils, stemware and more. The stainless steel appliances are upgraded as are the beautiful quartz countertops. The kitchen cabinets have pull out shelves for ease of use. All furnishings are brand new!!! The dining room accommodates 6 and there are four additional stools at the kitchen island. The 55 inch flat screen TV in the main living area allows viewing from every vantage point. The lanai has a dining table that seats 6 and shrubbery behind the lanai to give added privacy. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, 55 inch flat screen TV, his or her vanities, a walk-in closet and a tiled Roman shower. The laundry room has a brand new high efficiency washer and dryer as well as an extra deep utility sink.

The 2 guest bedrooms and guest bathroom can be transformed into a private suite with a sliding door. One guest bedroom has a queen sized bed with a 24 inch flat screen TV. The third bedroom has twin beds.

Were within walking distance of the adult-only community pool. Were conveniently located between Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Town centers where youll find nightly music, shopping, first run movies and a multitude of restaurants. Were just down the road from Rohan Recreational Center where you can enjoy water volleyball, lap swimming, water aerobics, bocce, shuffleboard, tennis, platform tennis and 16 pickle ball courts. Rohan is located next to a shopping plaza with Publix grocery store, bank and other local businesses.

There is no golf car included but we would be happy to help arrange a golf car rental. You can choose either electric or gas and one that seats two or four. We can recommend companies that will deliver the golf car to the house and pick it up at the end of your rental period. They offer reasonable rates for monthly or multi-monthly rentals.

2 Temporary Resident ID cards are included which entitle you to all the amenities that are available to residents of The Villages.

These rates are for two occupants. There is an extra fee of 15% of the total rent for additional occupants.

9% Florida tax is included.

All taxes, utilities, cable TV, Wi-Fi, trash and lawn service are included.

Rental Policy:

50% Rental Deposit due within 7 days of booking. The remainder of rent along with $1,000.00 security deposit is due 90 days prior to occupancy. Rental Fee deposit is non-refundable unless property can be re-rented for same time period at the same rental rate.

If no damage is done to the property, $1,000 Security Deposit will be refunded 20 days after lease ends, minus $150 end of rental cleaning fee.

Check-in time 4:00 pm on the first day of the month. Check-out time 9:00 am on the last day of the month.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
