There are few, if any rentals, which can compare with the luxury and location of this villa. And our neighbors on the street are fabulous, we closed on a Monday, and that night was invited to a block party, a mens golf group, a ladies luncheon, a couples golf and dine, and a Halloween party at the corner! Needless to say our time there were fabulous.

A short golf cart ride CONVENIENT to SUMTER LANDING AND THE NEWER BROWNWOOD where you can listen to music nightly! Close to Cane Garden Country Club. and Sterling Heights, Seabreeze, Lake Miona recreation center w Pickle ball! and much more, and a SPORT pools.

We are close to many adult & family pools & golf courses! .Short walk to our Adult pool, the prettiest in the Village. A 4 minute golf cart to Sterling Heights Recreation Center with pickleball, tennis and pool. Many other Family & Adult Pools & recreation centers are also just a few minutes away!

Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
