Please make yourself at home and enjoy your Stay, you will feel at home in our lovely patio villa located in Sherwood Villas in the Village of Chatham, a warm and friendly neighborhood.
Our two bedroom, two bath villa is completely updated new cabinetry, quartz countertops in Kitchen and baths, hard surface flooring throughout the unit, and comes fully equipped and furnished. The master bedroom features Kingsize bed (with adjustable head & foot) , a spacious walk-in closet and en suite. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed.
The Florida room is a great place to enjoy reading a book or sipping a nice cocktail after a hard day of golfing or enjoying the many activities the villages has to offer. Please make yourself at home and enjoy your Village experience.
The three town squares offer free nightly entertainment, shops and restaurants. There are three movie theaters and two bowling alleys in The Villages. The Chatham Recreation Center features swimming, tennis, bocce, horseshoes, shuffleboard and a billiards room. At the nearby Mulberry Regional Rec Center there is a heated sports pool offering water aerobics and swim lanes. There is open pickle ball every morning at Mulberry which is a five minute ride. Mulberry Center offers free exercise classes and games throughout the week. There are countless clubs to enjoy along with things like archery, horseshoes, water volleyball and all types of card and board games daily. Minutes away is the Nancy Lopez Golf & Country Club (golf, pool bar and restaurant).All the pools in The Villages are heated during winter months. There are 2 Executive golf courses at the Chatham Rec Center right down the street but many more close by.

At Mulberry Plaza you will find Publix Grocery Store, Walgreens, Shell Gas Station, several restaurants, hair and nail salons, Citizens Bank, medical and dental offices, along with several small shops.

Included: a Bar-B-Que Grill , All utilities, Antenna TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, trash pickup, Internet: Two Smart TV'S. Also included in is a 2 Seat Yamaha gas golf cart plus a bicycle, along with two Resident ID cards (Savings of $50) which entitle you to all the amenities of a full resident: no green fees at any of the 38 Executive Golf Courses, 12 Championship Golf Courses where you will pay resident rates on green fees, access to all the recreation centers, swimming pools, tennis & pickle ball courts, shuffleboard courts, bocce, billiards, bean bag toss, over 2500 clubs, movies, many restaurants and access to the country club dining.

All rates are subject to a 11% sales tourist development tax. This applies to rentals of 6 months or less.

Rental Policy: No subletting. No Smoking in unit or within a 100 feet of the unit, this policy is strictly enforced and will result in a total loss of your deposit. NO PETS
Upon booking, a rental agreement will be sent by mail/email. The signed agreement with the $1,000 Security deposit will be due within 7 days of booking.
An additional deposit of of the 1/2 rental amount is due 90 days prior to the start of your lease with the remainder of the rent due 60 days prior to the start of your lease. The home is professionally cleaned between guests ensuring a clean home for all to enjoy. There is a $195.00 Basic Cleaning fee unless damaged/missing items or excessive cleaning which is deducted from the security deposit and the balance is refunded within 20 days of departure.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, your rental & security deposits are refundable only if the cancellation is received a minimum of 90 days prior to your arrival date AND only if the property is re-rented for the same period at the same rate. If the owner secures a replacement reservation for the same time period for the same rate then all monies will be returned less a $100 processing fee.

Payment Options: Personal Check, Cashiers Check, money order, Zelle or Cash App.

Check-in is at 3 pm on the day of rental and check-out is at 9 am on date of departure.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed
