The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. The family room has 4 recliners for your relaxation. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet and a private bathroom with two sinks and a large walk in shower.
Family activities are provided. All bedding, towels, beach towels and kitchen supplies are included. The kitchen has a toaster oven, a regular toaster, baking supplies, a 12 cup coffee maker and a Keurig There are two sets of golf clubs, bag chairs and floating noodles in the garage you are welcome to use. The house has 4 TV's the one in the family room is a 46" and each bedroom has one. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom, the family room and the lanai. We are within a short walk to the pools, tennis courts and pickle ball courts.
