$7,500 a month January/February/March
$1000 Security deposit due within 7 days of booking.
Security Deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure, less any expense for damage.
No Cleaning Fee.

50% due upon booking; balance due within 60 days of check-in. All fees are non-refundable unless re-booked at posted rate.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
