There is a two car garage with finished epoxy painted floor and a full garage length screen for wonderful air flow. This home also features a fully furnished 3-season lanai. A golf cart is available for rent. It is insured. We will require a signed waiver.

The following is included: (Electric, water/Sewer, trash, cable, internet,
taxes, insurance, grounds keeping, maintenance, fully furnished, pest control.)

Rental Policy & Terms:
A $1,000 Deposit/Security along with 50% of total rent is due within 10 days of verbal agreement of booking to secure home. The remaining 50% balance is due within 90 days prior to occupancy. If the occupancy is less than 90 days upon verbal agreement the total rent and deposit is due with 10 days.

Total rental amount due 5 months before occupancy.
$175 Mandatory Cleaning Fee is deducted from the security deposit.
The security deposit will be refunded within 21 days of vacancy
provided that a satisfactory inspection is completed.
If the electric/gas bill exceeds $175 per month the renter will be responsible for the difference

Refund Policy: In the event of cancellation, any rental fee(s) collected will not be refunded until the premises is re-rented at the same amount.

This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
This rental price is for 1-2 adult occupants as named on the Rental Agreement, unless prior consent of the Landlord is obtained. Short term guests are welcomed up to 3 days. Guests staying longer than 3 days will be charged $25.00 per day. There is a 4 Adult Maximum occupancy.


We expect for renters to maintain the home as it was found (clean and undamaged). Routine cleaning is the renters responsibility. Weekly or Bi-weekly cleaning services can be arranged at your expense. Any additional cleaning beyond the standard cleaning or damage will come out of the security deposit.
