Rental Policy and Payment Terms:
50% of total rent is due within 10 days of verbal bookings to secure the home. The remaining 50% rent balance and the $1000 security deposit are due 60 days before occupancy date. If the occupancy date is less than 90 days upon verbal agreement the total rent and deposit is due within 10 days or before entering property, whichever is earlier. There is a $350 cleaning fee which will be deducted from the security deposit. Landlord will return remaining balance of security deposit within 14 days of departure if no damage or violation of rental agreement. Rent is based on a two-person occupancy other permanent occupants are $100 each per month. Deposit and cleaning fee are returned if cancellation. Paid rent is refunded if re-rented for the same period at same price.
