Rental Policy: 50% of total rent (non-refundable) amount due within 7 days of booking. $750 security deposit; remaining rental amount due 60 days before occupancy.

Nonrefundable $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit before return.
Cancellation Policy: rent received is non-refundable unless the house is re-rented for same time period.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
