Rental Policy:
Reservation Deposit 50% of the total rent, plus $1,000 Security Deposit at time of booking the reservation.
$150. Cleaning fee and remaining balance of rental is due 60 days before occupancy. If reservation is within 60 days of arrival, all rental fees, security deposit and cleaning fee are due at time of booking.

All deposits are non-refundable unless other renters are contracted for same rental period and at same rental price. Any damages or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit. The remainder will be returned within 14 days of departure after inspection of the property. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. Rental prices are for a maximum of 6 persons.

Renter agrees to allow the owner to have representatives enter the property for maintenance purposes.
Check-in is 4:00 PM (on first day of rental), Check-out is 9:00 AM (last day of the month).

All utilities, Satellite TV, trash, lawn service, landline with free local and long distance (US ONLY) are included.
Cleaning during the rental period is the responsibility of the renter. Weekly and bi-weekly cleaning services are available and may be arranged and paid for by renters.

A $50 additional fee allows you to purchase a temporary resident ID. This transfers homeowners access to amenities to the renter (2 passes, guest passes are available for additional persons). This includes no green fees for the executive golf course and a reduced rate at the championship courses. There is a golf car fee for persons using golf cars at the courses.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 years+. Younger visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
