This home is comfortably appointed with new furnishings including a king bed and television in the Master Bedroom, and Queen bed in the guest room, with a pocket door to close off the guest room and bathroom for privacy when you have visitors. Large television in the living room, with a sofa and 2 recliners. The expanded lanai gives you plenty of outdoor living space. Fully appointed kitchen, and indoor laundry room. A 2 seat gas golf cart is included. Check in time is 3:00 PM. Check out time is 10:00 AM. Keys and gate passes will be available upon arrival. Rental rates are based on two person occupancy. There will be an additional fee of $150 per week for 3-4 people. All taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, and basic local phone service are included. Rental Policy: $750 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking. There is $150 cleaning fee payable with final payment. The damage deposit will be returned within 15 days of departure, providing there is no excessive wear and tear, damage or removal or loss of contents and keys and gate passes are all returned. January and February and March and April are preferably rented as two month minimums This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
