If no damage is done to the property, security deposit will be refunded within 30 days after lease ends, minus $200 for rental cleaning fee.

One small pet may be allowed, only upon consideration, with a $300 pet fee.
Resident ID pass is $50 for 2 people.
Lawn care included.

Rent based on a 2 person occupancy. Guests are welcome for short periods of stay under 2 weeks.

This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
