Rental policy:
To secure property, $ 1.000.00 deposit + 50% down upon contract signing; balance due 2 months after the first payment. Refunded if re-rented for the same period/price before 60 days.
Security deposit of $1,000.00 refundable 15 days after departure and inspection. Inspection will include also the maintenance and cleaness of the property.
$ 150.00 cleaning fee no refundable.

This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
