Two bedroom one bath patio villa in between Spanish springs and Lake Sumter landing squares. Large screen tv in living room. Fully furnished with all linens, towels and kitchen supplies. The Village of Ponderosa is located near The Tiera Del Sol Country Club. It has a great rec center with a nice pool, pickle ball and tennis courts along with a spectacular 18 hole championship golf course.. Of course there are now over 800 golf holes in the Villages too. Just bring your toothbrush and personal items.
