This villa is absolutely turn-key just bring your swimsuit and golf clubs and you're ready to experience all the fun of The Villages Beautifully decorated, there is 1,407 square feet of fully tiled living space in this Courtyard Villa.

Every room has special touches designed by the owners. The dining area is located directly next to the kitchen and flows to the main living area. Living room has beautifully appointed furniture and features a 50" flat screen TV for your viewing enjoyment. Master bedroom has a king bed and a 32" flat screen TV. Master bedroom bath has a walk-in shower and a nice walk-in closet area with plenty of storage. Second bedroom features a queen bed with a nice closet storage area as well as a flat screen TV. Third bedroom has a futon which opens into a full-size bed. This room also has a large closet for storage. A second full bath is located between the 2nd and 3rd bedroom with a tub and shower. Lanai has a SW exposure and is screened in for your enjoyment.

This unit has a gas grill, Wi-Fi, phone, Spectrum Basic TV, and an inside laundry with washer and dryer. Totally furnished and equipped, just bring your suitcase! (Unit does not accept pets and is a non-smoking unit.)

This villa is conveniently located to the Eisenhower Regional Recreation Center (1/4 mile as the crow flies) and the Brownwood Paddock Square Center (1/3 mile as the same crow flies) where there are restaurants, cinemas, bank, retail stores and shopping galore as well as nightly entertainment on The Square. Carpets removed and birdcage added since photos were taken.

Pricing is for two adults. This home will accommodate two or four additional adults at an additional $100 a week for each person.

Rental Policy:
All prices for seasonal rentals are subject to State of Florida and Sumter County Transient and Tourist Tax total of 7% paid by the tenant. There is a $100 cleaning fee plus tax. $50 check to be made out to The Villages for your Temporary Resident ID passes.

All utilities, trash pickup, lawn service, Spectrum Wi-Fi, local phone and TV service are included at no charge.

$500 security deposit and one month rent due within 7 days of booking.

Balance of monthly rents due 60 days prior to arrival.


The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
