2018 fully refurbished Yamaha gas golf cart w/adjustable Texas Sportster seats, road assistance incl. Screened lanai has table and 4 chairs and cushions, 2 patio and 2 folding chairs for the squares. Gas grill and utensils. Dining room has a leaf and seats 6-8 comfortably. Closets are large with abundance of hangers. Iron, ironing board, vacuum, ice maker in frig, drip coffee pot and hair dryer. 55" smart TV in LR and 32" TV's in BR's. Linens and towels provided.

A small non-shedding dog (less than 15 lbs) allowed, but must be approved by owner.

Resident ID's (2) included with 1 month minimum rental. Minimum rental 2 weeks
All taxes, utilities, high speed internet, cable TV, trash, and lawn service included.

Just a short golf cart ride to Sumter Landing and Brownwood Squares.

Rental Policy: $500 Security Deposit due within 7 days of booking ($750 for multiple months) and returned within 15 days of departure providing there are no damages and minus $125 cleaning fee. 1/2 half of rental is due 90 days prior to arrival. Balance of rental due 60 days prior to arrival. Rates for additional guests (maximum of 2) $15/person/day. Cancellation Policy: Monthly fees WILL NOT be refunded if cancelled UNLESS the villa is rented at the same rate and same dates. Security deposit fee fully refundable if reservation is cancelled 90 days prior from start date. Check-in time: 4 pm, Check-out time: 10 am.

This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
