Lanai: Glassed in, temperature-controlled lanai with queen-sized custom Murphy bed. This room can also be used as an exercise room, complete with yoga mats.

Kitchen: Designer kitchen with all the amenities you will need, including Williams-Sonoma cookware, Nespresso latte/cappuccino machine, Wustoff cutlery, etc. Enjoy eating in, or take our 4-person golf cart to any of the wonderful local restaurants throughout The Villages.

Family Room: Relax and enjoy the cathedral ceiling and beautiful custom Ethan Allen sectional: sink down and finally finish that book you started, or enjoy your favorite shows on the 4K Sony HD TV (Smart TV, internet connected, Netflix, etc.). Cute little custom desk available if you REALLY need to do any work!

Screened-in back porch: Enjoy the early morning or late nights within your beautiful backyard. Custom high-end Ebel patio furniture with 4 amazingly comfortable gliders. Rental Requirements / Policies:

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. If you must smoke, please do so at the end of the driveway, and please, do not leave any cigarette butts on the ground. Thank you.

Pets are not allowed on the property or within the home.

Guests: No overnight guests are allowed without prior notification and approval from the homeowner.

Weekly Rental Rates (based on two person occupancy):Reservation deposit required: 50% of the rental fee rates commensurate with planned duration.

Security deposit required: $750 - Security deposit required with final Rental Agreement payment. Security deposit will be refunded once the property is inspected and found to be in as found pre-rental condition.

Cleaning Fee:
Weekly rentals: $140 cleaning fee extra.

Golf Cart Usage:
Golf cart usage (drivers) is restricted only to the renters listed on the Rental Agreement. See separate Golf Cart Rental Agreement.

This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
