All rates quoted include utilities, Comcast cable, high speed internet, trash and lawn service. Rentals of one month or more also include the Daily Sun Newspaper and Temporary Resident ID Passes.

Rentals of 6 months or less are subject to Florida State Sales Tax of 7%. Rentals of 4-6 months may be available at discounted rates. The quoted rates are for one or two persons only. Guests are welcome with prior approval of owner and a charge of $25 per night, per guest is due 60 days prior to occupancy. Maximum occupancy is 4.

The quoted rates are for one or two people only. Rentals of six months or less are subject to a 7% Florida sales tax.

Rental Policy: A minimum, non-refundable, reservation deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required to secure and confirm a reservation. A check, cashiers check or money order is due within 5 business days of booking to reserve your dates. The final payment is due 60 days prior to occupancy date and will include the $500 refundable security deposit. If final payment is not received by the due date, the reservation is automatically cancelled and all monies paid are non-refundable. This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods with owner's approval. Family activities are provided.
