Realizing that you will be walking distance to the pool and recreation center, (5 minutes by car 10 minutes by golf cart) to Lake Sumter Landing, tells you that you are in the heart of all that The Villages has to offer. (it is way more fun if you take THE 2014 YAMAHA golf car! ) Enjoy nightly live entertainment, wonderful restaurants and fantastic shopping choices at Lake Sumter Landing Market Square. Multiple executive golf courses surround the Village of Sabal Chase as well as several country clubs that offer the more challenging championship golf courses. Hundreds of activities are available for your enjoyment when you stay at The Villages. The Camden Designer Home split floor plan greets you through the front door with an open 1661 Sq. Ft. floor plan and a 200 Sq. Ft. glass enclosed Lanai all climate controlled for your enjoyment and comfort. Our home has been completely refurnished starting with the King master suite with flat screen TV. The large Master walk in closet gives you plenty of room to store all that you bring with you for your vacation. The newly furnished second bedroom on the opposite side of the home has a Queen bed with an adjacent full bathroom shared with the den that has an innerspring Queen sofa sleeper for your short term visitors. This floor plan gives you complete privacy while you host your guests. Beautiful contemporary Living room furniture with large flat screen TV will ensure your comfort during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen will certainly make the cook in your family eager to put together those tasty meals and serve it up at either the kitchen bar, lanai table for six or dining room table. The temperature controlled Lanai has nice furnishings with comfortable seating, dining table and 40in HD flat screen TV. So, come stay in our home and have the time of your life!! Rental Policy: Check-in (first day of month) 4:00 pm - Check-out (last Day of month) 10:00 am. Rental rates are based on double occupancy (2 adults 55+ only). Additional fee of 10% of the total rent for 2 additional people. Prior approval is needed for guest stays. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Maximum of 6 people allowed. All utilities, cable TV, Wi-Fi, trash, lawn service, daily newspaper, temporary resident I.D.s are included. *** 2014 Yamaha Golf Cart Now Included*** All tenants must sign the lease. A Reservation Deposit of 50% of total rental amount is due within 7 days of booking. Reservation deposits are non-refundable. The remaining 50% rental amount owed is due 60 days prior to reservation start date (non refundable). A security deposit is due 60 days prior to reservation start date. A cleaning fee of $200 will be deducted from the security deposit if home is not left in clean and rentable condition upon departure. Additional charges apply if all keys, gate cards, garage door remotes or golf car keys are not returned. This is a 55 age restricted community as regulated by The Villages Community.
