Living area is crisp and bright with vaulted ceilings and a 42 inch television. The Master bedroom features a king size bed, 32 inch television and private bath with a walk in shower. Guest bedroom features a queen size bed. Guest bath offers a tub/shower combination. Both baths are fully equipped with towels, and everything you will need for your stay. Full size washer and dryer are located in the laundry area of the garage. The climate controlled lanai room features a lovely appointed sitting area and nice views. Great for relaxing with the paper or a good book. The kitchen is fully equipped- Coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and everything you will need to make your stay a great one.
Dining room seats 4 and the kitchen breakfast area seats 2. The bar features 3 tall bar stools. Also included: Yamaha 2 seater Golf Cart- (gas) All weather enclosure for golf cart for those rainy days. Golf cart road side assistance Weber Gas Grill, -2 Lawn Chairs for your use (concerts & dancing at the square perhaps?) Laundry area in garage with full size washer and dryer, Mud room sink in garage for cleaning up after a round of golf, High speed internet, Cable TV, Garage accommodates 1 car and 1 golf cart, Daily Villages newspaper delivered to your door.

Rental is for 2 guests. 2 additional guests are an accepted for an additional weekly fee as noted below.
All payments must be made by Money Order, Certified Check or personal check Rental rates include all local and state taxes which are 9%.

All taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, and lawn service are included. Rental Policy:$750.00 Deposit to secure rental due within 7 days of booking. $100.00 Cleaning Fee. $750.00 Security deposit which will secure your reservation.

Occupants: Villa rental is for two (2) persons, additional charge of $75.00 per week for each additional persons up to a maximum total of four (4). All guests must be listed on rental agreement. Arrival/Departure: Arrival time is anytime after 3 PM on the first day of rental agreement. Departure is by 11 AM on the last day of rental agreement.

This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
