It is a short walk to the Dunedin Neighborhood Pool and the Manatee Recreation Center. A short golf cart ride to Evans Prairie Country Club and Brownwood Town Center.

Master suite has a king size bed, 2 walk in closets, and walk in shower.
2nd Bedroom has a queen size bed.
3rd Bedroom set up as an office and has a pull out sofa / Queen bed

All bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

Living Room has leather sofa and love seat. Love seat is a powered recliner that reclines flat.

Dining room seats 6 on the elegant dining room table.

Golf cart included in the rental.
