The Villa is elegantly decorated for you to relax and enjoy after your fun-filled day. Rental Process:
-Villa can be held for 10 days following a confirmation from owner. Please call or email to place hold.
-A signed lease agreement is due 10 days after booking. A security deposit of $500 plus 1/2 of the rent confirms the reservation. The remainder of the rent is due 90 days before the start of the rental period.
-Security Deposits will be refunded within 2 weeks after departure if property is left in satisfactory condition and all keys, gate passes and openers are accounted for. A $100 Cleaning Fee will be deducted from the Security Deposit.

All taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, and basic local phone service are included. The Villages is a Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
