This home is located in the most desirable area (between Rt. 466 and 466A.) And location is more important than ever in the Villages. There is a neighborhood pool 8 houses from my house. Sumter landing is 3 miles away. There are 2 shopping centers and many restaurants within 2 miles.

My home is beautiful, yet relaxing. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath extended designer home on a golf course with a 4 seat golf cart, enclosed lanai and covered back porch. The master bedroom and guest bedrooms both have king size beds which makes it ideal for your guests. There is nothing like sitting out on the patio or enclosed lanai in the rocking chairs, under the awning (patio) having your cocktails, watching the golfers or cooking on the grill or doing both. Or you can eat breakfast in the enclosed lanai, watch the morning news, and watch the golfers. And my home is NOT on the golf cart path side, so it offers additional privacy. The cares of the world will disappear as you enjoy your vacation in my home. I live 2 miles away so I am immediately available if you need me. It has more than a fully stocked kitchen (crock pot, mix master, roaster, 3 sets of dishes, wine glasses, margarita glasses, beer glasses, full set of pots and pans, Keurig and regular coffee makers, etc). It has 6 sets of king size sheetsI and over a dozen bath sheets. I have stocked with everything I would want in a home. New living room couchesIt and coffee table. Its ideal for 2 couples or guests. Visiting children welcome. I allow one dog, non shedding under 30 pound. My home may become your home away from home. It has become so for many others. The 4 seat golf cart is gas. However you need to have another means of transportation. (The Villages is much too big to rely on a golf cart as your only means of transportation). My TVs, (4) use ROKU Streaming System. It has HBO, Apple+, and several streaming services. These rates do not include tax (7%), cleaning ($160.00) or amenities pass ($50.00)Guest passes are free.
