Renter is responsible for $50.00 Villages ID if desired. ID allows access as any full time Villages resident to all pools, tennis courts, executive golf courses, as well as other discounts. Love golf? Choose from more than 50 courses to play!

Rental Policy:
$750 deposit/security due within 10 days of booking.
$200 non-refundable cleaning fee due with deposit.
Cancellation policy in contract.
Security deposit will be returned within 14 days after stay; subject to home inspection and receipt of house keys, garage door openers, and gate pass.

This is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided, including family pools.
