The living room has sofa, love seat, cable TV with VCR/DVD player, radio. High speed wireless internet provided.
The Lanai has a patio table and 4 chairs and bar-b-q gas grill. Front screened in porch has table and 2 chairs. Golf cart is fully enclosed 2-seater. Road/cart emergency assistance is included.
50% of rent is due 20 days after booking. Balance due 60 days prior beginning rental date.
$250 Cleaning Fee, payable at time of Deposit. Non refundable.
$100.00 golf cart fee, roadside assistance included.
Villages ID cards are an additional fee of $50, information provided for tenant to obtain ID through The Villages office. Landlord does not provide Villages ID cards
