Rates are for 2 people. Extra rates for guests staying more than a couple days.

Rental Policy: Balance of rental due at 60 days before occupancy.

Cancellation policy:30 days or less notification, No refund.

Security Deposit:$1000.00 refundable 30 days following occupancy provided the villa is returned in the same condition as when rented and all keys, garage door openers, gate passes are returned.
$375 Cleaning Fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
$500 pet deposit per pet.
1st and Last months rent required

The Villages ID ($50.00 fee purchased by renters) provides access to Executive golf courses and Championship golf courses (small fee for the championship courses). It allows for the enjoyment of all the Villages' facilities including pools, rec centers, country club restaurants and Pro Shops, and a wide variety of social and outdoor sport activities.

The Town Squares, designed for strolling to restaurants and shopping, also feature free, live music for listening and dancing 7 nights a week.
There is one movie theater and two performing arts centers.

Check in: 12PM on first day of rental.
Check out: 11 AM last day of rental.


High speed Internet, utilities, TV, trash, paid by renter. Free TV by Antenna Included.


The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yr+ (No a smoking, No Vaping, No Candles.)

January, February and March will be at a higher rate.

Rental Rates
