Come visit our home in The Villages. We are located in the Waverly Villas in the village of Piedmont, but very close to the Chatham gate. This 2001 Cottage model is newly remodeled and decorated, with new LVP flooring, furnishings and appliances. It has always been pet and smoke free, so those of you with allergies need not worry. Just bring your suitcase and golf clubs! There is a gas grill for your use. High speed internet is provided as well as U-Tube TV. The Master bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a large dresser and nightstands. There is a 32-inch smart TV and a walk-in closet. This room is carpeted. There is a Queen sized (very comfortable) Murphy bed in our great room your guests. (for not more than 4 days) It folds completely out of the way when not in use. There is a 50-inch high-definition smart TV in the great room. Additional living space in nicely furnished enclosed lanai, which is also under heat and AC. A full-sized washer and dryer are located in the garage. There is also a drying rack for towels and swimsuits. Contact us about golf cart. Utilities, lawn service, garbage pickup and daily newspaper are all included. Just move in and start having fun. Located near the Lopez Legacy championship golf course with a pool bar and recently remodeled clubhouse restaurant and bar. Close to Mulberry Grove rec center with pickleball, a sports pool, new outdoor exercise equipment, many exercise classes and other indoor and outdoor activities. Close to the Mulberry Grove shopping center, with a Publix grocery store, shops, and restaurants. including The Back Porch, Beef O'Bradys, Sammy Joes, Subway and Chinese food.
Close to the Chatham Village Recreational Center ana First Responders Recreation Center. Both have family pools. Close to Calumet adult pool (age 30 and over). Also close to the Veterans Center. All of these are a short cart ride.

$2800/Mth. October, November, December.

These rates include all state, county and local taxes. $50 fee for 2 temporary resident ID cards (optional). All utilities, high speed internet, delivery of The Daily Sun, trash and lawn service are included.
Rental Policy
Reservations accepted by phone or email. Rental agreement must be signed and returned with the $500 security deposit, $100 cleaning fee and one half of the first month's rental fee.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
