Laminate flooring in kitchen, living rm., master bedroom, master closet has been recently been installed. The Master Bedroom features a Queen size bed with a full dresser, night stand, and desk . A 32 inch Flat Screen TV is also provided in the Master Bedroom. The over-sized walk in closet affords plenty of storage and a dressing area. The Guest Suite features a Queen sized bed with full dresser, night stands and double door closet. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you would typically find in your home. (including a Disposal Unit). A pantry closet will provide extra storage. A programmable coffee maker will be available that can use regular grind coffee. The front yard is landscaped with a block retaining wall and has additional parking in the driveway. The rear yard is spacious, with a high wall for the utmost privacy and landscaped as well. The side yard is especially wide with lined bushes and affords further privacy. The screened in Lanai has two wicker cushioned chairs and a new wicker rocker chair has been added so you just sit back , have a cocktail and enjoy the view of the colorful shrubs. A tiled table, with umbrella and four chairs makes for a pleasurable evening when the shade is present on the rear patio. A gas grill will be provided also. The garage can easily accommodate an auto as well as a golf cart. Two sets of golfs clubs will be available for your use. Access to the garage can be gained via a remote control. Washer, dryer and laundry sink are accessible from within the garage. The Villa will have initial cleaning supplies for the Kitchen, Bathrooms, and Laundry Area.
