Rental Policy:
$500 Security Deposit due within 7 days of booking (and returned within 30 days of departure, if no damage is noticed during inspection).
$125 Cleaning Fee
10% of the total rent is due with the signed rental agreement. The remainder of the rent is due no later than 45 days prior to first day of rental. If the rental agreement is signed less than 45 days prior to the first day of rental, the total rent is due with the signed rental agreement.
Rental agreement prices are based on occupancy of 1-2 adults. Additional charges for guests staying more than 2 weeks, who are not included in the rental agreement.
We recommend the optional Residents Amenity Passes ($50 for 2) so you can live like a resident. The passes provide access to Golf courses (Executive and Championship golf courses at a reduced fee), recreation centers, pools, etc.
