Lease Rental fees include accommodations, 4 seat golf cart, taxes, utilities, trash collection, lawn care. visitors passes and a one-time cleaning fee after checkout. Additional services are available as follows:
1. Villages Sun Times Newspaper daily delivery (Optional) ($25 per month)
2. Mid-months cleaning service (Optional) ($100.00)
3. Temporary Residents ID (Optional) $50 for two (to play golf) if needed, paid for at the time of pickup by the tenant.
