RENTAL POLICY: $500.00 security deposit is due upon the signing of the lease. Security deposit is refundable within 15 days after termination of the lease, assuming no rental damages occurred and provided villa is left in same condition as when rented. One half (1/2) rent due 90 days prior to arrival; remaining half due 45 days prior to arrival. $150.00 cleaning fee due 45 days prior to arrival. No Pets/No smoking allowed.
Check-in time is 4:00pm on first day of month. Check-out time is 10:00am on last day of month. Keys and gate passes available upon arrival and must be returned on last day.

Until confirmed with signed agreement, rates are subject to change without notice. Rental rates are for two people; third or fourth guest add $100 per guest per week plus $50 per guest per month for village ID.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
