Rental Policy:
-- 25% of the rental rate is due upon contract signing (non-refundable if cancelled and we cannot rebook in time).

-- Balance of rental amount plus $750 security deposit due within 45 days of occupancy.

-- $50 fee (paid to the villages) for Resident ID Cards (Optional) is due 45 days prior to occupancy.

-- Security Deposit minus $150 standard cleaning fees will be refunded within 10 days of departure if the property is left in good condition without any damage and an inventory has been taken.

--Check in time is 3:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM

-- non smokers/ up to 2 well trained pets ok additional $100 cleaning fee applies.

-- Plenty of room for visitors to visit, but the rates include them for only two weeks. Longer stays are negotiable

-- The $50 fee for (2) Resident Village ID Cards is optional. It gives you free access to all of the executive golf courses, reduced rates at the championship courses, discounts at the movie theaters, access to Katie Belle's, and more.


The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
