The open kitchen with breakfast area and a solar tube is fully equipped with everything that you need to cook and entertain your guests (e.g. Keurig and regular drip coffee maker,dishes, glasses, silverware, pots & pans, baking ware, small kitchen appliances and cooking utensils). Most everyday use items also included, Ie. Paper Towels, TP, Garbage bags, dish and laundry supplies etc.

Long-term (6 months or less) rental rates are available at a discount. This home is rented as a furnished home only.

Rental rates are based on double occupancy (2 adults). For additional occupants, please contact owner for rates.

All FL and Lake Sumter taxes, utilities, digital HD cable TV, phone, high-speed 300 Mbps Wi-Fi, Internet, trash and lawn service is included.


Rental Policy:

For the comfort of our guests, this home is PET AND SMOKING FREE.

Check-in on first day after 4:00 PM and checkout on last day by 10:00 AM.

Reservation Deposit is 50% of total rental amount due within 7 days of booking. Booking deposits are only refundable if the home is able to be re-rented.

$500 Security Deposit and remaining 50% rental amount due 45 days prior to stay. The Security Deposit will be will be returned within 15 days of departure providing there are no damages other than normal wear and tear.
$150 Cleaning/Set-up Fee will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of your stay(If the cleaning charge is less actual cost will be deducted).

The Villages Temporary Resident ID cards are included for 3 month or longer rentals; shorter rentals for a $50 fee. All homeowner amenities will be transferred to the renter, which includes no green frees on any of The Villages executive courses.(Trail Fees Apply)
