RENTAL POLICY:

Security Deposit of $750.00 plus 1 month's rent due and payable upon signing Lease for a 2 or 3-month rental.

A half a month's rental due and payable with $750.00 security deposit for 1 month's rental, UNLESS negotiated in advance.

Lease to be signed within 10 days after booking Villa. Balance of rental to be paid 60 days prior to occupancy.

Signed lease to be returned electronically to Owner within 5 days from date of the lease, otherwise Villa will be marketable.

Security Deposit to be refunded 21 days after lease ending date and upon inspection of the Villa and return of all keys and passes, etc. - LESS cleaning fees, and any necessary repairs.

Payment schedule available, ONLY for advanced rentals of 3 months or more.

Daily Rate for less than a month, $100.00 for double occupancy.

$150 Cleaning Fee.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
