Your VILLAGE RESIDENT ID ($50 fee) is included and will provide you with access to:

ENTERTAINMENT- dinner, dancing and nightly entertainment at Katie Belle's (the private theatre and supper club for Villages residents and guests only)

ACTIVITIES- If Golf is not your preferred sport, there is pickleball, tennis, bocci ball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, billards,
or one of the hundreds of other activities the Villages has to offer.

RENTAL POLICY:
$700 Security Deposit due within 30 days of arrival. This will be held as "damages deposit" that will be returned within 15 days of departure, providing there are no damages other than normal wear and tear. A set-up fee of $125 will be deducted from the Security Deposit.
A booking fee of 50% of the first month's rental will be required within 7 days of rental agreement. It is non refundable upon cancellation, but will be applied to the first month's rental.
A 5% discount will be applied for successive additional months in a multi-month rental.

The months from May to November are a great time to rent in the Villages since rental prices are lower, less traffic on roads, and less "wait time" in restaurants and Golf courses. Book now before they're gone.
